Management reserves the right to refuse a stay if a pet displays aggressive behaviour.
Immediate veterinary assistance can be arranged when needed. Charges apply.
Pets are kept in sanitised enclosures with clean feeding bowls.
Regular updates, photos and videos will be shared.
